South Africa real estate market is well established. The scheduled organization of the 2010 world cup has benefited the country providing additional investor interest. Morocco property market is proving popular with foreign investors due to the stable political situation. The property market of Egypt is very active in areas around the Red Sea. The prices are low, making Egyptian property very attractive and popular for foreigners. Mauritius real estate market is significant. The stable democratic political system and strong economic status provides interest both internally and externally. The residential property market in Botswana is gaining attention due to its strong stability and vast growth. |
