Listing Instructions
- Please note: The free listings apply both to property owners and estate agents and include property for sale or long and short term rentals and vacation rentals not requiring online payments. Free Rental listings get rental or reservation requests from customers by email.
- All listings must comply with the terms and conditions that you are asked to accept at the time of registration. All property listings are subject to the approval of our Editors team and will be activated for public view within 24 hours from the time of listing, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- This is a promotional offer and is time limited. Top-Properties.com have the right to terminate it and stop accepting new free registrations at any time without prior notice, except a one week's notice posted on the web site's main page and communicated via email to registered owners.
- Any property listed before the expiration of this promotional offer by you, the listed property owner, will be included in our database and be available to public view for a period of six months from the day of its listing or otherwise if you decide before the end of that period to remove it from our index because it has been sold, long term rented or for any other reason you decide. After the expiration of this promotional offer you will not be allowed to list any property even if your allowance for 10 listings has not been reached. In short, please proceed with your listings as soon as possible to make the best out of this promotional offer.
- The property owner will be able to keep her/his free account until the termination of the 6 month free listing period of her/his last listed property or unless otherwise decides to upgrade the account to a premium paid account.
- If an owner does not list at least one property by the time this promotional offer expires at the end of the one week's notice, as stated above, her/his account will be deactivated and all personal data will be removed from our database. All your personal data will be kept by us in the strictest confidence as also outlined by our privacy policy and will never be communicated to any third party for any reason.
- For further information please contact us using our contact form entering "Online Bookings" in the subject field. Free bookings will be listed for a total of up to 180 days and you can add, in total, up to 10 properties for sale or rent. Each listing must be accompanied by at least one photo as well as a short and a long description. Also, after completing all the fields in the Add Property Wizard please click the"Additional fields" in the property management page and enter any information that applies to your property.
- For your listings we strongly advice that you use our Add Property Wizard which has step by step instructions on how to successfully add your property. For further instructions please download and consult our PDF manual and our Online Videos found in the administration area after you login the first time.
- By signing up and listing your property you agree to maintain your listing and provide accurate information to our web site's visitors and prospective clients. You also undertake to remove or mark as sold any sold property you have listed as soon as it is sold and also maintain the availability for any listed property for rent.
- All listings and modifications of listings are subject to approval by Top-Properties.com. Approved listings and modifications will be activated and be available online within 24 hours from the time of listing. If amendments and/or clarifications will be required you will be contacted by our listings editors.
