A welcome message to new users with some tips on how to make the best out of their listings.
We would first like to welcome you aboard! Your account is active and already many of you have listed with exceptional ease their properties for sale or rent and have been able to use most or all of our property promotional features: such as the PDF Brochure, the Slide Show, the Virtual Tour, the Additional Fields, MapQuest or Google Maps and many more. If you still haven't used any of this or all, we urge you to make use of them as they add great value to your listing and will increase tremendously the clicks you get from our site's visitors. For instructions on how to use them please download our PDF Manual or watch our Video Tutorials. There are also simple listing instructions in your administration page. If you have not yet uploaded pictures of your property we advise that you do so as soon as possible, as statistics show that listings with pictures outnumber in visitor clicks by 10 to 1 listings without! We remind you that you can monitor visitors clicks through our Tracking feature in the Marketing section. Just keep in mind that those clicks are from visitors who actually clicked on your property details link and visited your property description page. Many more viewed your listing in the property listing pages.
Also prices play an important role in getting visitor clicks. The site's default currency is the EURO. However visitors can view the listings in any of 14 major currencies which are updated automatically dally. Additionally, you can choose to have a second currency showing next to the default at all times. In case you did not enter a price for rent or sale yet we urge you to do so. If you like, you can always state in you property's short or long descriptions whether this price is negotiable or not.
In case you have not yet added any listing please be aware that, according to our terms and conditions at registration we have the right to cancel any account that has not been used to post at least one property a month after registering.
If you need any assistance with your listings please do not hesitate to contact us using our Help Service. We will make sure your inquiry is answered promptly and to your satisfaction.
Finally, we remind you that listings are edited and activated by our editors team. However, if you feel that you have mastered the listing process enough to activate your listings by yourself, please contact us and we will consider granting you this privilege.

You can now also submit your property details without registering
For those few that somehow find it a little bit difficult to go through the online listing process we have put up an online form which can be completed with the property details and submitted to us so that we can list your property for you. And all that entirely free for up to 10 properties with each account!

This section will provide news, articles RSS feeds and other information related to Real Estate, sales and rentals, holiday news and vacation rentals information. Visitors to our website are welcome to submit using our contact form related material for publishing in our new section. The material must of course obtain the approval of the web site's administration.
