- The free trial listings are a special offer and is a time limited opportunity. Top-Properties.com has the right to terminate the offer and therefore stop accepting new free registrations at any time without prior notice. Use the free trial online ads to view your listing online and evaluate the features offered.
- Any property listed by property owners or real estate agents before the expiry of this promotional special offer will be included in our database. Any such listing will be available for public view for a period of 30 days from the day of your account creation or otherwise if you decide before the end of that period to remove it from our index due to property being sold, long term rented or for any other reason you decide. After the expiration of this promotional offer you will not be allowed to list any property. In short, please proceed with your listings as soon as possible to make the most of this special offer. Follow the market trend and place your online classified ads and property listings without delay!
- The property listing owners will be able to enjoy their free account until the termination of the 30 days free listing period or unless otherwise decides to upgrade the account to a premium paid account.
- If an owner does not place a property listing by the time this promotional offer expires at the end of the 30 days period, as stated above, the account will be deactivated and all personal data will be removed from our database. - All listings must comply with the terms and conditions that you are asked to accept at the time of registration. All property listings are subject to the approval of our editing team and will be activated for public view within 24 hours from the time of listing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- The property owners will be able to retain their listing account until the termination of the package listing period or unless otherwise decides to upgrade or renew the account.
- Any personal information provided to Top Properties will be treated in the strictest confidence as outlined by our privacy policy. This information will not be communicated to any third party under any circumstances.
- For further information please contact us using our contact form entering "Online Property Listings-Instructions" in the subject field. Each listing must be accompanied by at least one photograph as well as a short and a long description. Also, after completing all the fields in the Add Property Wizard please click the"Additional fields" in the property management page and enter any information that applies to your property for sale or real estate for rent short or long term.
- For your listings we strongly advice that you use our Add Property Wizard which offers step by step instructions on how to successfully first list and place your listing ads and after how to successfully Sell or Rent Property. For further instructions please download and consult our PDF manual and our Online Videos found in the administration area after you login the first time.
- By signing up and listing your property you agree to maintain your listing and provide accurate information to our website visitors and prospective clients. You also undertake to remove or mark as sold any sold property you have listed as soon as it is sold and also maintain the availability for any listed property for rent.
- All listings and modifications of listings are subject to approval by Top-Properties.com. Approved listings and modifications will be activated and be available online within 24 hours from the time of listing. If amendments and/or clarifications are required you will be contacted by our listings editors. We highly recommend placing at least one property image with your property listing.
