This is a fantastic flat directly opposite the beach with sunset over the bay every night (see photo I took from the front door below).
Public transport is 100m away with a tram direct to the city, the light rail (96) is 5 min walk away too.
We're reluctantly moving out but because relatives have offered us their own place to stay in for next to nothing, so we couldn't refuse!
THE AREA
Middle Park is on the beach between St Kilda (to the South) and the South Melbourne/ the city (to the North) , it's a great location, walk on the beach in 30 seconds! Walk to Fitzroy Street in a few minutes, Walk to Albert Park with its lake in 5 minutes or take a tram to the city in 6-10 mins.
