We are currently launching a brand new Payment Scheme that will make the acquisition of property from our company much easier and even more affordable. The new Payment Scheme provides financing for the acquisition of a property in this Complex of up to 80% of the property value, targeting homebuyers and investors, both locals and foreigners. Details for this new Payment Scheme can be found below.
- Maximum Term 30 years or the until the customer?s 70th birthday.
- Unlimited amount in Euro, Sterling Pound, US Dollar, Swiss Frank, Japan Yen or multicurrency loan with 7 day notice before each following installment.
- 5 years interest only or
- 2 years interest and capital grace period.
- No interest capitalization.
- Variable interest Rate
- Very Low Charges for the loan documentation.
- No Bank Guarantee Letter required for the loan.
- Minimum requirements for loan approval as follows:
1. Life insurance (term) for the borrower, up to the full repayment of the loan.
2. Assignment of the sale-purchase contract to the bank.
3. Mortgage of the property as soon the separate title deed is available and transferred on the name of the borrower (in about 8 years from now) for the remaining loan amount.
Important Note:
The Bank will evaluate/survey and finally approve each case independently and according to the data of the particular client and his repayment capability.
