Established in 1989 in Paphos - Cyprus as a private organisation from Tassos Tremetoushiotis (M.Eng.) and Andri Christodoulou (M.Eng.). 
Registered as a limited company in 1992.
Focused on the property design, engineering, construction, development and management with a portfolio of more than 600 delivered properties.
Today the affiliated companies and associates are still active in property design and engineering, supervision, property development, construction and renovations, property management, property sales and resales but have also expanded the activities into holiday rentals and hotels, marketing, enterprises and car rentals and sales.
